- Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 1 yr. of the month of purchase. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but please call, we do keep records. If you fail to cancel 24 hrs in advance or are a no-show your gift certificate will be considered null & void.
- Payments - We accept cash, checks and credit cards- Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
*We do not accept American Express.* - Scheduling - We realize how valuable your time is. We are a small establishment. If you call and do not get a person please leave your information: name, phone #, the service you desire and a convenient time for your appointment. We will return your call as soon as possible.
- Cancellations/Lateness Policy- We recognize that occasionally a scheduled appointment must be changed or canceled. Please understand this time was reserved for you so please respect your therapist by giving them a full 24hrs. notice. Failure to comply will result in a 100% charge for that time. Gift certificates will be considered used for the amount of the service scheduled.
- Gratuities - If you were pleased with your service, your therapist will appreciate this. Tips should be in cash only. The use of credit cards and checks for this purpose is discouraged.
