General Info
Gift Certificates — Gift certificates expire after 5 years. Gift cards can be purchased through the website or in-house 24/7. There is a self-help system in place in our office that you may access at any time for a tangible card in a decorative bag. Instructions are posted. When purchasing through the website, enter all your own information as the buyer. It will not show on the digital copy, which will be sent to you in a link that you may forward or print.
Payments — We accept cash , Venmo or all credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Scheduling — We realize how valuable your time is. We are a small establishment and do not have a full time receptionist. If you call and do not get a person please leave your information: name, phone #, the service you desire, and a convenient time for your appointment. We will return your call as soon as possible. Please be patient and know that your call is important to us and will be returned ASAP. Please also feel free to send us an email with questions and/or appointment requests.
Policies
Cancellations / Lateness — We recognize that occasionally a scheduled appointment must be changed or canceled. Please understand this time was reserved for you so please respect your therapists' valuable skill and their time by giving a full 24hrs. notice. Failure to comply will result in a 100% charge for that time as the therapist is here waiting for you and others have been turned away for that time slot. Gift certificates will be considered used for the amount of the service scheduled. Management has the right to make the final decision based upon the circumstances. In the case of legit emergencies, refunds may be issued with proof of documentation.
Gratuities — If you were pleased with your service, your therapist will appreciate being tipped. It is customary in this industry. Tips should be in cash only. The use of credit cards and checks for this purpose is discouraged as we can not then separate sales from tips. All therapists do have Venmo.
